These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and The Hitch Fit System ("The Hitch Fit System," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of thehitchfitsystem.com, the Hitch Fit App, our digital products, and any related content or services. By purchasing the system, downloading the eBook, accessing the App, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase the system, use the App, or use our website.

Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase the system, create a Hitch Fit App account, or otherwise use our products. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your province, state, or country, you may use our products only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and after receiving clearance from a healthcare provider (see Section 7). By using our products you confirm that you meet this minimum age.

The Hitch Fit System is operated from Alberta, Canada, as part of a group whose parent company is based in the United States.

The Hitch Fit System is a rotation-proof body recomposition system for rotational and shift workers, delivered as:

• The Hitch Fit System eBook, a 5-part, 18-chapter PDF framework
• The Hitch Fit App, providing 90 days of free full access with your purchase, including workouts, meal templates, check-ins, trend dashboards, and the shift calendar
• Companion worksheets, trackers, planners, and swipe files (the 90-Day Rotation Recomp Tracker, Shift Worker Meal Blueprint, Camp Gym Reality Worksheet, and others listed at checkout)

Our products are digital, non-physical goods. No physical items are shipped. Everything is delivered as an instant download or app access after purchase and remains yours to keep and re-download indefinitely, subject to the license terms below.

All prices are shown in CA Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Stripe or PayPal. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a download link and App onboarding, and you will also receive a confirmation email containing the download link, App access details, and your receipt. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. We are not liable for failed delivery caused by typos, filtering, or issues with your email provider.

Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, store, and use the eBook, worksheets, and the Hitch Fit App for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, republish, redistribute, or share the eBook, worksheets, or App content with others
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, forums, cloud drives, or torrents
• Modify it or create derivative works for distribution
• Share your Hitch Fit App account credentials with anyone else
• Use the system commercially (for example, to train clients or run a paid program) without our written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

Violation of this license immediately terminates your right to use the system and may result in legal action.

Follow the system for one full rotation. If you don't see a real difference in your energy, your plate, and your consistency, email [email protected] within 90 days of purchase with your order number and a brief note about what you tried, and we will refund every dollar you paid. No hoops.

Beyond that window, sales are final and non-refundable, as our products are digital and delivered instantly. We may still, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, if a technical error prevented delivery or if you were charged twice). To request review, email us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may be disputed. Please give us a chance to help before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Your purchase includes 90 days of free full access to the Hitch Fit App from the date of purchase. Before your 90 free days end, we will send a clear heads-up by email. You may then choose to continue at the standard membership rate, or stop, in which case your access shifts to a limited read-only mode. No surprise charges.

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove features of the App at any time to improve stability, security, and usefulness, and to reflect real-world feedback from rotational workers. We will not remove core functionality that the eBook depends on without providing an equivalent alternative.

Our products are educational and informational only. They are not, and should not be treated as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle information in our eBook, App, and worksheets is presented as general education for individuals in good health. Individual results vary. Rotational workers face unique physiological demands (shift work, camp food, sleep disruption, physical labor), and any change to your diet, exercise, or supplement routine can carry risk.

Before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or supplement program (including anything described in the system) you should:

• Consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications
• Follow your healthcare provider's guidance over anything you read in our materials

Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing, under 16, or have a diagnosed medical condition, without first receiving clearance from your healthcare provider. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use our products only with parent or guardian involvement.

Any testimonials, case studies, or results shown on our website, in the eBook, or in the App reflect the experiences of individual customers and are not typical. Individual results depend on many factors, including your starting point, adherence, biology, sleep quality, work schedule, existing medical conditions, and effort, most of which are outside our control.

We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation that you will achieve any specific result, weight change, body composition change, energy level, or performance outcome from following the system. Buying the system does not, on its own, produce results.

All content on thehitchfitsystem.com, inside the Hitch Fit App, and in our digital products, including text, worksheets, planners, checklists, workouts, meal templates, graphics, logos, and the "Hitch Fit" and "The Hitch Fit System" names and marks, is the exclusive property of The Hitch Fit System or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your license to use a purchased product (see Section 4) does not transfer ownership. You may not use our name, logo, or content to imply endorsement of your own products or services without written permission.

When using our website, the App, or products, you agree not to:

• Use the site, App, or products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or files
• Interfere with the site or App's operation (bots, scraping, DDoS, etc.)
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source of any file, App component, or system

Our website, App, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the products will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hitch Fit System's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, the App, or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hitch Fit System, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any injury, illness, or damages you sustain from applying information found in the eBook, App, or worksheets.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, the Hitch Fit App, and revoke your product license immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution of our products, account sharing, fraudulent chargebacks, or abusive conduct toward our team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any amount previously paid.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Hitch Fit System is operated from Alberta, Canada; its parent company is based in the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Alberta, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue on grounds of inconvenience.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection or privacy rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your home province, state, or country. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms to the extent required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the site or inside the App. Continued use of our website, App, or products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
